David R. Bue
Director of Development
David is an outdoors enthusiast. He developed a passion for the outdoors at an early age while pheasant and quail hunting with his relatives in southeastern Nebraska. Prior to joining the PF team, David was an 18-year veteran of the banking industry. He most recently served as the District President for Wells Fargo Bank’s northern Minnesota territory, based out of Duluth. He was responsible for a region consisting of over 300 employees and $1 billion in assets. David was previously the President and CEO of Wells Fargo’s Winona, MN market and a Business Banking Manager in Owatonna, MN. "Although I enjoyed my banking career, nothing compares to the satisfaction I feel working on behalf of PF, its dedicated volunteers, and its noble cause. I see first-hand the impact we are having on wildlife, the environment, and the future of our hunting heritage," explains Bue.
As PF's Director of Development, David helps individuals, businesses, and foundations consider and implement donations of land, current assets, and planned gifts to benefit the long-term well-being of pheasants, quail and conservation education. David takes a creative approach to business, and he looks forward to visiting with you about how you might make a difference. His passion for conservation and the outdoors, as well as his extensive financial expertise, help to create rewarding relationships.
